My passion for real estate investments began twenty-five years ago with group investors purchasing large multi-family apartment units. This allowed me the opportunity to help my clients' transition into individual smaller multi-family apartment units for their own personal investments. I am honored that my clients put their trust in me whether it is the emotional experience of purchasing and selling their residential home or a financial investment  for apartments. I  specialize in the sale and leasing of commercial properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. Rather than specializing in a niche market I have extensive experience in various markets from San Francisco to San Jose. I believe my clients deserve the best so they should "EXPECT THE BEST".

On a personal note I am a native San Franciscan and graduated with honors from the University of San Francisco. I have lived in Los Altos for the past twenty-two years with my wife Debbie and we have two children Brian and Stephanie. My second passion has been my community involvement with the local Los Altos Mountain View Pony Baseball League. I had numerous coaching positions and served as a player rep. I have been very active on the executive committee for the past twenty-three years for a charity responsible for helping young boys.Boys' Towns of Italy has a local chapter here in San Francisco.
