My passion for real estate investments began thirty one years ago with group investors purchasing large multi-family Apartment Buildings. This allowed me the opportunity to help my clients' transition into individual smaller multi-family Apartment Buildings in Los Gatos, San Mateo, Palo Alto, Redwood City, Santa Clara, Campbell and Menlo Park for their own personal investments. I am honored that my clients put their trust in me whether it is the emotional experience of purchasing and selling their residential home or a financial investment for apartments. I also specialize in the sale and leasing of commercial properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. Rather than specializing in a niche market I have extensive experience in various Real Estate Markets in Santa Clara, San Mateo and San Francisco Counties. My clients are in various areas here in the Bay Area and they are involved in all facets of Real Estate and my experience goes everywhere.
On a personal note I am a native San Franciscan and graduated on the Deans List with honors from the University of San Francisco in 1978. I have lived in Los Altos for the past thirty years with my wife Debbie and we have two children Brian and Stephanie. My second passion has been my community involvement with the local Los Altos Mountain View Pony Baseball League. I had numerous coaching positions and served as a player representative for 14 years. I have been very active on the Executive Committee for the past thirty five years for a charity responsible for helping young boys and girls called Boys' and Girls’ Towns of Italy, San Francisco Chapter which is responsible for building community and creating possibilities for our youth.
I am an active member in the local Los Altos Rotary Club and serve on the Crab Cioppino dinner committee every year. Other community events include The Los Altos Rotary Club's annual fundraiser event and Fine Art in The Park.

I am responsible for all the guest speakers who attend our Realty World Broker Forum group monthly here in Cupertino, California. I am a member of the Realty World President’s Club. I pride myself on a very successful track record along with very strong negotiation skills in closing my escrows for my clients in a professional manner and on time. My previous experience and expertise in mortgage lending is extremely beneficial for my clients when analyzing purchase contracts from Buyers when I am representing my clients as the Sellers or understanding how to create an offer package to secure properties for my clients who are Buyers. In addition, many of my transactions involve working for several Trustees and I have extensive experience in working for several individual sellers on a given transaction to assure that all parties reach their ultimate goal of closing the escrow. It is my ultimate goal and responsibility to close the escrow and assure my clients that all important inspection reports, documents are signed during the process in order to have a smooth and successful transaction.
