Every week Realty World sent us property reports. The Online Market summary showed us the number of views the listing had, from what cities, the various websites and realty places the listing was sent. They advertised the listing each Friday, Saturday and Sunday in SF Chronicle for the 8 weeks the property was listed. The first thing we received from Steve was a comprehensive appraisal of the home's value, derived from a study of recent sales in the area. He recommended a possible price range we should consider, and we used that information to come up with a price we were comfortable with.
