Upon meeting Steve Bianchi and Debbie during our initial meeting they asked many questions not only what we envisioned doing to the house but the history of the house and of our family. He also made sure that he offered solutions to bring out all of the features of the house and it certainly shined. Steve’s approach to open house was extremely strategic, which gave as many buyers to see the house which in turn, created the opportunity for multiple offers. Debbie was so instrumental in the marketing of the house from the color schemes, staging input, and ensuring that the home had excellent curb appeal. The house looked amazing when it was finished and made our entire family proud. After speaking to my neighbors that visited open house dates, many contacted me to say how inviting Steve and Debbie were to to every person that entered the house and represented it like it was their own. At the end of the process Steve and Debbie didn’t treat us like people that hired them, we were treated like extended family. Most importantly we were never pressured at any time during the process.
